Operational Risk Manager

OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGER - CANARY WHARF BASED - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

A major Investment Bank is looking to recruit a Operational Risk Manager to join the Operational Risk division.

The role is based within the Operational Risk Management in a small team which is redeveloping the usage of Risk Information within the Operational Risk Framework.

Key Skills required for a Operational Risk Manager:

*Operational Risk exposure
*Familiarity with reporting of information and development of Management Information.
*Experience in the risk of metrics or risk indicators.
*Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and manage multiple deadlines.
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.

Responsibilities of a Operational Risk Manager:

*Identify appropriate metrics for use in Operational Risk Management.
*Liaison across teams to ensure Management Information is appropriate/development.
*Mapping of metrics into risk categories.
*Understanding and overseeing the implementation of changes to the Operational Risk framework.
