Real Staffing are currently recruiting for an international bank who are looking for an Operational Risk Manager to join them on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate must have a strong risk background and be from a Financial Services background.

Key skills required:

- Strong knowledge of Operational Risk Policy
- Operational Risk Framework knowledge.
- Capable of ensuring Key Risk Indicators (KRI) are clear and defined.
- Strong knowledge of Operational Risk Reporting (ICAAP and RCSA)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate must be available for an Immediate start and have exposure to implementing Operational risk policies within a Financial Services institution.
