OPERATIONAL RISK CONSULTANT
Are you a highly qualified OPERATIONAL RISK CONSULTANT with 3+ years experience in operational risk management, preferably in a large financial institution, controls monitoring and testing, or a related area such as audit, accounting, business administration/analysis, or project evaluation.

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Operational Risk Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
YOUR ROLE:
The Operational Risk Monitoring Consultant will play a key role in establishing regular monitoring and oversight of process controls and will provide support in operationalizing this function for selected key business processes.
Roll out of monitoring will be based on risk level and maturity of process controls, with the initial phase beginning with but not limited to key processes in business areas that generate a high level of risk.
As part of the role, the Consultant will support the development of exception reporting in order to document control gaps, produce reliable information for decision making, and ensure that internal control weaknesses are identified and corrective actions are implemented.
TO DELIVER THE REQUIRED RESULTS, IT'S ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE:
- At least three years' experience in operational risk management, preferably in a large financial institution, controls monitoring and testing, or a related area such as audit, accounting, business administration/analysis, or project evaluation.
- Proficiency in analysing policies, procedures and processes in terms of quality, reliability, and/or completeness requirements.
- Experience in project management and a solid track record of working under tight timelines to deliver high quality commitments on time.
- Proven success in stakeholder engagement and influencing, through development of trust-based relationships and clear articulation of business and strategic advice.
