Operational Risk and Internal Control Senior Manager

PMO with an Operational Risk and transformation background, experience delivering 3rd party vendor systems required for a highly successful global Private Bank.

The area has a central PMO function which reports and keeps track of change projects across Operational Risk, and one of the key initiatives/programmes is a platform move to a 3rd party vendor system and subsequently to roll this out globally.

The role requires a hybrid background across Operational Risk and also to have worked on change projects ideally to implement 3rd party vendor systems or have strong more general technical change project experience. The role is to make sure that the programme follows the correct stages of project governance and assurance, ensuring that the business processes and operational processes are optimised and operational risk is not compromised.  You need to have an in depth understanding around change project/programme management delivery/life cycle.

You need to come from a wealth management/private banking or capital markets and corporate/investment banking, securities services background with strong knowledge across Front to Back Office.

Strong interpersonal skills are key, along with the ability to influence/challenge when necessary.
