GLOBAL CONSULTANCY FIRM - OPERATIONAL RISK AND GOVERNANCE - ZURICH, SWITZERLAND
A global consultancy firm are looking for an Operational risk and governance manager for work in Zurich, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operational risk management within a bank, or experience of a similar nature. Project management experience is vital, ideally within a finance environment, to ensure that the team is led effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver. The consultancy have implemented a new audit structure which has brought a lot more flow to their practise, meaning that this is an incredible opportunity to work with a wealth of outstanding clients.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Operational Risk Management of a Bank
- Risk Governance and operating models
- Strong communication skills
- Able to build stakeholder consensus
- Creative and solution focused
- Project Management skills
- Ability to create power points that bring across the key messages
- Minimum of 4 years ideally 6+ years in a Banking Risk role or even better in Risk Consulting
FORMAL EDUCATION:
- Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or similar
LANGUAGES:
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
