-Analyze operational requirements
-Identify, document and catalogue operational requirements
-Participate with operational and development groups in the elaboration of functional requirements
-Write and maintain functional specification
-Participate to the qualification phase of the solutions and provide functional sign-off
-Participate to the elaboration of business cases
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Very good Business Analysis experience
-Strong knowledge of IT Operations
-Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and Relational databases (LAMP)
-Good ITIL knowledge
-Good experience on large or complex projects in a high availability environment
-Strong language skills (English)
