Operational Re-Engineering Manager

An opportunity has arisen to join a leading retail bank; they are looking to recruit an experienced Operational re-engineering Manager to support Corporate Operations in shaping, combining and progressing a future-state Controls framework; the roleholder will be required to successful manage and deliver end-end improvements to key support systems and operational processes using Project Management and process improvement techniques (eg Lean) working with different parts of the organisation. The role will be required to contribute to the development of target designs for key processes, across channels, customers and people.

To be considered for this position you must have a good understanding of Project management disciplines, frameworks and techniques alongside good experience of working within Process improvement projects previously. You will ideally have a Financial services background with strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level. You will preferably have a good knowledge of business strategy/target operating models and ideally some experience in process improvement techniques eg Lean & Six Sigma.
