Operational Process Analyst

My client is a global financial services organisation based in Knutsford, Cheshire. They are looking for a Senior BA to work on a structural reform project.

Essential Skills:
- Significant experience and understanding of operational processes, systems and controls within retail banking.
- Strong banking regulatory knowledge, including the production of banking licence applications and structural reform requirements.
- Strong understanding of project and business Financials, HR, Legal, Compliance, - Operational and System terminology and requirements, as applicable to major organisational redesign.
- Business analysis skills to drive operational change for regulatory compliance. Practical experience of leading analytics and projects with the application of formal methods, for financial service's operational functions.
- Excellent communication at both the specialist (technical) and generalist (business) levels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including operational, technical, management and senior (D/MD) management.
