I am currently looking for a Operational Planning Manager to work in Bristol on an initial 6 month contract but with the chance to be extended or potentially go permanent. The role is working within the financial services so experience of that sector would be an advantage.
You will be working within a call centre/customer service environment on a capacity planning project to cope with the increased volume of calls/enquiries my client are expecting.
Experience:
- Financial Services
- Experience for working on a capacity planning project within a call centre environment
- Good stakeholder management
- Strong Operational Manager background
