In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of the international shipping strategy, bringing to market the solution devised and working closely with the Account Management and Cross-Border Trade teams to drive adoption amongst our seller base.

You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities, and working closely with the Shipping BU to improve the value proposition of our services.

Role Responsibilities:

Project/Operations Management and general ownership of the international shipping proposition, working closely with the outreach teams, marketing, customers service and partners to land the business targets.

Partnership Management by maintaining day-to-day relationships with the carriers and the provider of the shipping platform.

Analytics, analysing sellers' performance, creating and assessing volume targets.

Market/sector knowledge yielding a good understanding of marketing levers and value selling.

Key Required Skills/ Experience:

* Proven experience of Business Management, Project Management or Operations Management
* Extensive experience in international shipping/Logistics.
* Process Improvement experience
* Excellent programme management skills
* Experience within Retail/ECommerce
* Excellent relationship skills
