IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Project Manager for Operational Excellence (OE) standards, approach and framework
-Ensure consistent application across units
-Collect input and improvement ideas from teams and business lines or from external market
-Annual standards review to update/further develop standards
-Development of the OE approach and framework
-Stakeholder and project management tasks in the change process
-Coaching of internal staff and management
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience in Operational Excellence (OE) and Transformation ideally combined with consulting competence
-Experience in building high performing international operational excellence teams
-Know-how in project management methodologies
-Hands-on experience of training and coaching others to support the development of new skills
-Experience in the energy sector would be ideal
