Operational Excellence Project Manager
Basel, Switzerland

Contract: 6 months

Start Date: ASAP

Daily rate: market rate

SEC Recruitment is looking for an Operational Excellence Project Manager to join a competitive and international pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Switzerland.

Your main role will be to provide operational support to Global Head in the preparation and conduct of meetings.

Your main responsibilities will be:
*Supports the Head of Operational Excellence in day-to-day operations of the function
*Responsible for developing OEET meeting agenda and for preparing clear and accurate meeting minutes. Responsible for identifying and capturing action items and for liaising with OEET members on follow-up activities and deliverables
*Reviews OE travel budget and highlights issues to Head of OE
*Supports Head of OE for communication to upper management, eg formatting presenta-tions to OEC/aDLT, collecting and incorporating comments from reviewers etc.
*Reviews initial change requests from OGD&GMA associates, follows up on additional questions/clarifications, provides guidance to associates on how to prepare for Process Improvement Council (PIC) and schedules meetings with the associates and Head of OE to review the change request before it is presented to PIC
*Provides operational support to process improvement project leaders (eg updating pro-ject progress reports, formatting presentations, drafting meeting minutes etc.)
*Supports the re-structuring and maintenance of the OE Sharepoint site
*Updates key OE process documents as required (eg onboarding plan, OGD&GMA inter-nal guidance document on process improvement projects etc.)

Your profile:
*Education: BA/BS, advanced degree preferred
*Languages: Fluent English (oral and written)
*4 years in the industry
*3 years or equivalent multi-/cross functional team experience
*Track record of project management skills
*Expert planning and tracking skills, with the ability to capture details and summarize outcomes in quality meeting minutes
*Knowledge of resource (budget and headcount) planning and management.
*Well organized, focused on results, capable of managing multiple tasks, excellent time management skills with respect to priorities and self-management
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) for bridging across highly diverse, cross functional, multi-national and geographically dispersed teams
*Knowledge of international customs and business practice
