For a large pharmaceutical company in Noord-Holland I'm now looking for an experienced pharma process improvement/excellence engineer.

-Location: Noord-Holland
-Contract duration: 1 year contract with intention to extend

Role description

Implementing a lean strategy throughout the whole company is what this organisation is doing. But them operating in the pharmaceutical industry, working with dangerous substances and strict GMP regulations, implementing such a strategy brings new challenges. I'm therefore looking for a pragmatic and hands-on process engineer with deep knowledge on GMP and practical experience in Lean Six Sigma. The role requires you to work with all stakeholders coaching them on how to implement Lean Six Sigma principles on existing production processes. You will also be responsible for taking the lead in implementing the improvements and advising on further improvement.

You will play a key role in improving processes in the complete BU. For this role you'll need to display expert level knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and Change Management, as well as thorough knowledge of chemistry/pharma work environments.

Furthermore, you're responsible for:

-Improving production protocols
-Advising and taking the lead in improving production processes
-Leading project meetings and coaching sessions in applying Leas Six Sigma
-Improving Tier processes

Profile

For this role, ideally your profile looks like this:

-Fluent in Dutch and English
-Provable experience working multiple years in a Pharma or (bio) Chemistry environment
-You have a BSc. or higher in chemistry/process engineering or other relevant pharma related area
-Strong analytic capability
-Certified Green- or Black Belt
-Experience in project management
