One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry is currently looking for an Operational Excellence to provide advice, support and mentoring to Project Managers and Leaders,
on OE tools, methodologies and Lean Culture deployment
Start: 4/11/13
Length: min 6 months
Location: South of Brussels
Responsibilities
Planner
- Contribute to the deployment of a project Portfolio Office with focuson the Manufacturing Production Unit (MPU).
- Dashboard
- Preparation of WBS and related diagrams
- Schedule ( Gantt chart - significant milestone )
- Resource allocation
- Workload estimation by resource
- Objectively track progress of the program
- Risk analysis
- Identification of issues and risks with the program
- Benefits valorisation
- Assessment of the benefits to the organization
- Define the need of equipment to be released for trials
- Assessment of Impact on production
- Minimize production disruption
- Cost estimation ( raw materials, component, )
- Provisioning and Procurement impact estimation
- Centralize information
- Delivery of benefits as identified in the project business cases;
- Provide advice, support and mentoring to Project Managers andLeaders, on OE tools, methodologies and Lean Culture deployment;
- Actively encourage and support use of collaborative tools and processes (KM) to enable a lean and effective MPU or project including functional working of processes;
- Develop and enhance a culture of Excellence to do things simpler, smarter, and quicker and in a robust, reproducible way;
- Ensure effective communication for OE transversal QIP programs/projects;
- Remove barriers to progress.
- KPI definition, visualisation and follow up
Profile
- University Science Degree;
- 5 to 10 years industrial experience (Pharma, food, automotive,hospital, petro-chemical .)
- Minimum of 2 Years experience in planning;
- OE Green Belt or working towards this certification;
- Excellent Communication skills
- Change Management and training aptitude;
- Project Management (use of all PMO processes defined inStrategic Performance Management);
- Animation/Presentation/Training skills;
- Assertive;
- Team Spirit;
- Pragmatic;
- Expertise in OE principles/tools/methodologies/application;
- Master MS Project and VBA.(XLS)
