Operational Datix Project Manager NHS

My client, an acute trust in the East Midlands is looking to engage a Project Manager who can support in the utilisation of DATIX, both from an operational and Project Management perspective.

The initial phase of this role will involve the operational support of the existing patient safety/clinical governance team to establish the underpinning policies and procedures behind the DATIX system, working with operational staff. The second phase will be to project manage the implementation of Upgrade and change to the existing system including review, planning and development.

The idea candidate for this role will have
Significant experience of working with a DATIX system in a Healthcare environment
Experience of Patient Safety, risk or Clinical Governance
Demonstrable experience of using, managing and implementing change to DATIX
Understanding of national patient safety indicators
Experience of managing/supporting compliance with nationally agreed standards such as NHSLA
Experience of staff training

This role is for a period of 6 months with an immediate start.
