Operation Officer Back Office 50% (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Validation and confirmation of trades, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of confirmations, settlements and payments
- Resolving exceptions for all non-standard and complex operations for bonds, money market, FX and derivatives instruments
- Creating, checking and maintaining instrument definitions in the trading system
- Investigating and resolving confirmation mismatches and settlement failures together with front office, custodians and customers
- Settlement instructions maintenance process

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in financial area (Accounting or banking background) or experience with workflow transaction or trade processing (from a banking operations or finance point of view)
- Good understanding of financial instruments, new initiatives in Banking industry and markets’ practice
- Demonstrated experience of S.W.I.F.T messaging formats
- Knowledge of Reuters & Bloomberg information systems
- Clear and precise communication (in English)
- Ability to prioritize
- Quick learner
- Ability to work under stress
- Teamplayer mentality
