+ Operational Technical Manager
+ Technical Office Engineer
+ Maintenance Manager
+ Experience in one of the managing positions with O&M - Tasks
+ Several number of projects in O&M of coal fired power plants
+ english fluently
+ readiness to start quick and stay long
