Adecco IT Zürich is currently recruiting for a number of Operations Lead positions for our clients Project related to street maps. This is an opportunity to be a part of a project that will change how we use and integrate technology into our everyday, business, personal, social lifestyles, as well as the environment around us.

OPERATION LEAD- EMEA (M/W)

YOUR CHALLENGES

- Project management, planning and monitoring daily operations
- Coordination of members and resources within a project concerning with maps and location finder
- Select and directly manage remote small teams of local drivers and remote teams
- Troubleshooting and improving operations processes, escalate system wide issues when necessary
- Data analysis and budget control
- Management of project schedules, identifying risk and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholder
- Provide direction for the daily operations and project management of local driving teams
- Monitor daily production and quality, collect and analyze data in order to recognize trends and potential problem areas
- Create and schedule preventative maintenance for cars
- Management of warehousing and inventory
- Oversee all driver training and track drivers' billable hours and costs
- Create operational and logistic procedures and track implementation
- Interface with engineering teams to continually improve overall operations process
- Designing, developing and distributing weekly and monthly operational performance reports (SQL, Tableau, MS Office)
- Use SQL to analyze large datasets

YOUR SKILLS

-At least 3 years of experience in one of the following disciplines: Program Management; Supply Chain Management; Logistics Management
- Proven project management capabilities with a process improvement environment and strong technical skills
- Proven experiences in Project Administration, Project Planning, Cost Planning, Project Management Metrics, KPIs monitoring
- Previous operational, international logistics or fleet management experience preferred
- Proven track record of success in previous work experiences (coordination, remote communication via phone, launching products internationally)
- Proven experience in using Excel or Spreadsheet as well as to analyze datas and reporting
- Relevant experience including direct people management required (team lead, resource planner etc.)
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
- Strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills, coupled with Excel skills (experience in SQL a must to have)
-Be highly skills with reporting tools including data visualization (tableau) and creating dashboards
-Strong experience using SQL and relational databases
- Should have a proven track record in the delivery of large scale complex cross-functional projects
- Organized with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and fluently in at least 1 other European languages
