Operating Model Process Design Business Analyst

My Client is one the worlds leading Financial Services firms with business lines across Investment Banking, Commercial/Retail Banking, Asset/Wealth Management and Custodian Services and is looking to recruit an operating model process design Business Analyst

Due to significant regulatory drivers within the business that are specific to the organisation but also industry wide, my client has initiated a global current state analysis exercise to aligned to business processes supporting how clients are on-boarded into the organisation and how due diligence is performed on these clients. The analysis covers Business Process, Analysis of how Client Data is treated and the systems these are processed/executed on.

In the long term the client will be looking to implement a universally accepted operating model (People/Process/Technology) to support the future state.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term multi-year contract on one of the highest profile iniatives in the world. One that will drive a step change in how the business engages with its clients moving forward which will further feed into the overall business strategy of moving towards a customer centric organisation.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Business and Process analysis to lead development of Master list and the logical data model representing project data requirements (including data definitions) and for custom solutions.
- Operating Model design experience
- Document the end the end-to-end processese which includes data capture, cleanse and list creation etc.
- Work with the wider team in order to help develop a logical data model and maintain and create data dictionaries etc.
- Assist with the development of a data quality management framework
