Opentext integration to SAP ILM

Project/Department Description and responsibilities

* The APE SAP engineering team is responsible for SAP and Opentext platforms. For this project, an Opentext environment will be setup to serve a SAP ILM implementation.

* Opentext for SAP ILM

* SAP ECC-ILM/BI

* Windows OS, Unix HPUX, Linux

* Oracle, SQL Server, MaxDB

* ABAP, Java

Primary Tasks and responsibilities

* Opentext first time software installations and configuration, 3rd line Opentext support, performance tuning, security

* Integration of Opentext with SAP ILM environment

* Some project related tasks, translating the clients' requirements into technical design solutions on infrastructural level.

Technical profile requirements

* Profound knowledge of Opentext for ILM ( Opentext Enterprise Library, Archive Server, Content Server)

* Detail technical experience of integrating SAP ILM with Opentext.

* Architectural knowledge level in Opentext landscapes

* Basic Oracle DBA, w2k and Unix skills (not in depth)

* SAP Basis knowledge (ECC-ILM/BI) is an advantage

* Technical writing skills to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations

Non-Technical profile requirements

- Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
- Occasional engineering related travel is possible
- Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines

Methodology/Certification requirements

- Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- Additional certification is a plus

Language proficiencies

- English spoken and written
- Dutch is a plus
