Projektbeschreibung

JOB TITLE: OPEN SPAN SPECIALIST
LOCATION: LONDON
DURATION: 3-6 MONTHS (EXTENDABLE)
START: IMMEDIATE
RATE: NEGOTIABLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will be responsible for setting up support processes, implementing delivery framework to accommodate open span changes. Will be required to support Open Span in-life defects.

KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
* Expert knowledge in Open Span implementations for customer contact centers.
* Understanding of how customer service processes work (preferably in the telecom sector).
* The associate will also be required to setup support & delivery processes for Open span implementations.
* Excellent communication skills as the associate will be interacting with business stakeholders.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
(ie) Negotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive.
