Openlink Business Analysts 100% (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Join and support a team responsible for the management of a trading platform (Openlink Findur)
-Support a department in designing, implementing, testing and maintaining business user and departmental business solutions
-Analyse, define and document business processes and maintain operating procedures, including training of staff
-Provide day-to-day support of the Findur application to all business users as part of a team with production support duties during the business day, and on-call service at night for the end-of-day processes
-Work with the Front Office and other business stakeholders, software development team and Business Analysts to assess, shape and deliver tactical and/or strategic developments and business change

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
-Profound experience in Business Analysis with strong knowledge of financial instruments and Banking Business
-Experience with Openlink Managers
-Comfortable communicating in both verbal and written English, including the ability to write system and user documentation in English
-Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to multitask and to remain calm and reliable under stress and good telephone and administrative skills
