Openhousing Consultant

OpenHousing Consultant - to £350 per day - North Wales

Capita Housing, Consultancy, Housing, Home Based, OpenAccounts, Implementation.

OpenHousing Consultant needed for an initial 3 month contract helping with an array of projects around implementation, upgrading of OpenHousing system and other housing modules.

The ideal candidate should have a background working with implementing Housing Modules. Candidates who have had exposure to OPENHousing and/Capita Housing products and a background within housing, will be of interest. (but not essential)

The Open Housing Consultant will have the following responsibilities:

- Creating and demonstrating high quality product demonstrations on the varying Housing Modules
- Speaking with authority to prospects and users on varying levels, from simple questioning to complex interaction between organisations IT departments.
- Implement Housing Modules on the client site
- Work closely with Managers/Head of IT in implementing respective modules at client site
- Be responsible for upgrades, maintenance, integration, data conversion,
- Produce documentation and help improve processes

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

- Thorough understanding of and experience in a Housing Application/Modules

Strong knowledge of Open Housing software.

- High level of knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Full clean driving licence essential.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Experience of working with Capita Housing or Mobile Applications

- Previous experience of delivering training or consultancy in Housing

Candidates may be allowed to do some home working on the contract. Initial contract is for 3 months with scope for a renewal.
