Onsite UC4 Coordinator

 PRIMARY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

UC4 APPLICATION MONITORING:

- Verify failures and long running jobs scheduled on SAP, Windows and Unix environments
- Error log analysis for troubleshooting
- Create notification to responsible according to documentation
- Follow up open notifications
- Monitor shared mailbox for on-demand execution requests and consulting

UC4 CHANGE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES:

- Implement UC4 changes per client procedures

OTHER ROUTINE ACTIVITIES:

- Obsolete objects deletion
- System maintenance support on working hours
- Mailbox maintenance (archiving)
- ITSM requests queue monitoring and dispatch

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED

TECHNICAL SKILLS

MS Windows 7 and 2003 work environment, MS Office package

SQL queries

UC4 application knowledge (plus if have it)

SOFT SKILLS

Good written and oral communication skills with clients

Good IT analytical skills

Multitasking and adaptability to time pressure and priorities changes

LANGUAGE

English: IT business fluent proficiency mandatory (Hungarian is not required)
