Onsite Technician

Onsite Technicians - Zurich area

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for dynamic and enthusiastic ONSITE TECHNICIANS to join one of their clients, operating in the telecom industry. For this 3 month contract role based near Zurich, we are looking for a German and English speaking candidate who is immediately available.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (NOT LIMITED TO):

MIGRATION ACTIVITIES (for desktop PCs, PC has to be collected at the employee's desk and reinstalled at the end of the migration)
-New PC installation
-Pre install end customer software image on a new PC delivered
-Backup employee profile, documents, outlook PST file and all personal data
-Restore data on the new PC.
-Setup email/lync (help with setup of signatures, adding PST files, setting up Lync federation users)
-Setup COB/Account creation
-Setup Checkpoint VPN client
-Setup Printers/mapped drives
-Setup Bitlocker/BIOS (TBC) and HDD passwords
-Assist employee with PKI enrollment
-Connect smart phone to end customer Exchange Mail Server
-Give Lync headset/Recover Cisco phoneset
-Wipe Out hard disk data on old PC (at the end of the migration project of the site)
-PC to reimage (The list of tasks is not exhaustive)

-Setup COB/Account creation

REQUIREMENTS:

-Experience as a Network technician or Senior technician
-Strong IT experience
-Fluency in German and English
-Experience in a multicultural and international environment
-Customer oriented skills
-CCNA certification (as a minimum)
-Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Business Information Technology or equivalent
