Onsite Supporter, IT EUP Administration

For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a ONSITE SUPPORTER, IT EUP ADMINISTRATION:

Start: ASAP

Until: 30th Nov 2016

Key accountabilities:

- Rollout of new Hardware single workplace as well as bulk rollout for entire Bank
- Move of work desk, replace defect components (PCs, Laptops, printers, faxes & Phones)
- Support end user on site with related issues which cannot be dealt with by the SD agents.
- Manage second level support for the respective area.
- Staging of desktop Computers and migration from old to new platform
- Work towards SLA settings for the area

Skills set:

- Expert in current Hardware components (HP & Lenovo)
- Profound knowledge of Windows XP (current platform) & Windows 7 (future platform)
- Good knowledge of Office 2010 and newer
- On-Site user training on standard software and PC configuration
- Analytical skill to identify issues around the supported components
- Use of deployment tools, such as Altiris
- Good English language skills spoken and written
- Professional behaviour in relation to internal clients in the banking industries

Required Experience:

- Work in a similar environment with 3 to 5 years experience
- Good knowledge of current PC architecture.
- Ideal has also some experience with Thin Client environments as well as Citrix/VCS/VDI
- Banking knowledge not necessarily required but helpful
