Projektbeschreibung

Onsite Support Consultant currently needed by our banking client based in Zurich.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Rollout of new Hardware (single workplace as well as bulk rollout for entire Bank)
2. Moving work desks, replacing defect components (PCs, Laptops, printers, faxes & Phones)
3. Support end user on site with related issues which cannot be dealt with by the SD agents.
4. Manage second level support for the respective area.
5. Staging of desktop Computers and migration from old to new platform
6. work towards SLA settings for the area

Skills:
1. Expert in current Hardware components (HP & Lenovo)
2. Profound knowledge of Windows XP (current platform) & Windows 7 (future platform)
3. Good knowledge of Office 2010 and newer
4. On-Site user training on standard software and PC configuration
5. Analytical skill to identify issues around the supported components
6. Use of deployment tools, such as Altiris
7. Good English language skills spoken and written
8. Professional behaviour in relation to internal clients in the banking industries

Required Experience:
1. Work in a similar environment with 3 to 5 years experience
2. Good knowledge of current PC architecture.
3. Ideal has also some experience with Thin Client environments as well as
Citrix/VCS/VDI
4. Banking knowledge not necessarily required but helpful

This is a 12 month contract opportunity (extendable), paying excellent rates
