Onsite Resourcer/Sourcing Specialist

ONSITE RESOURCER/SOURCING SPECIALIST - GLASGOW - 6-12 MONTHS

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Capita's most important client's onsite on an interim contract as a RESOURCER for BBC Scotland.

We are looking for an experienced SOURCING SPECIALIST to fill vacancies in line with agreed timescales, quality and performance ratios, building relationships with all Hiring Managers to ensure that the client experience exceeds expectations. Our Recruiters ensure that we provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will work closely as part of a small team with an onsite Resourcer and together will represent the face of Capita Managed Services in the Glasgow office of one of our key clients.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

* Act congruently with the Capita culture and BBC Behaviours, acting as a role model and taking an active role in the functioning of the Belfast Team
* Be a flexible team player, assisting colleagues and providing cover as required
* To keep all records on the recruitment software up to date on a Real Time basis
* Work towards achieving 100% of monthly and quarterly KPI's throughout the year
* Ensure all roles are advertised appropriately
* Screen and short-list CVs for all vacancies, improving the CVs to interview to hire ratios quarter on quarter
* Ensure detailed, accurate and meaningful job descriptions are received for all requests, where necessary, working with the CRM/Campaign Manager to devise or enhance them in order to efficiently screen and hire candidates
* Advise the CRM/Campaign Manager of any issues regarding resourcing, ie low calibre of responses or exceptional high volumes so that appropriate action can be taken
* Work closely with recruiters to source suitable candidates
* Maintain appropriate and populated talent pools/communities
* Adhere to candidate care strategy including, but not limited to frequency of contact, information provided, quality of feedback
* Responsible for the submission of candidate short-lists to CRM/Campaign Manager
* Responsible for carrying out pre-screening and qualification of all candidates

To be considered, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience:

* Significant proven experience working within the recruitment industry
* Experience working onsite with the client, liaising closely on a daily basis
* Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment
* Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Preferably, the successful candidate will have experience of the Managed Service area or working within an RPO function and have a service delivery focus in their approach.
