Projektbeschreibung

To be responsible for the successful delivery of contingent recruitment services to a regional set of sites at one of Experis Key Clients. Managing vacancies through the full recruitment process from vacancy approval through to acceptance, offer and start. The Account Executive will work with the Principle Resource Specialist to ensure coverage of all Contingent roles, engagement with managers for successful delivery to the account.

General

- To build strong relationships with key stakeholders across their business areas, working from a variety of client sites to raise the visibility of the Recruitment Team through regular hiring manager meetings.
- Provide guidance to Hiring Managers in relation to the most appropriate sourcing strategies
- Proactively market ManpowerGroup (Experis) and the service provided
- To manage vacancies through the Client's recruitment system including management of candidates & 3rd party agencies as well as internal delivery teams throughout the hiring process. It may require chasing approvers as required.
- To work with hiring managers to formulate a recruitment plan for all vacancies released to ensure a strong candidate pipeline can be provided for each vacancy.
- To keep managers informed on the progress of their vacancies.
- To work closely with their business areas to build strong relationships with key stakeholders so that they are able to offer advice and support around recruitment plans, market trends, forecasting, potential cost savings and recruitment best practice.
- To work with the Senior team members to provide regular reports and market information to hiring managers.
- To develop creative solutions to generate candidates working with the internal delivery teams and where appropriate develop and sustain good working relationships with recruitment suppliers - resourcing CVs for vacancies as required.
- Provide CV and interview feedback to candidates and managers where necessary and to work with the internal delivery team to ensure they manage their candidates through the process.
- To review all external recruitment with the hiring manager once completed.
- To work closely with the delivery team to ensure all delivery SLAs are met - CV submission, organising of interviews, offers.
- To work closely with the delivery team to share Client knowledge - new projects, forecast planning.

Direct Recruitment

- To make the Recruitment/Delivery Team aware of any external vacancies pending approval.
- To introduce the Recruitment/Delivery Team into the recruitment process as soon as knowledge of a vacancy is received and to encourage the Recruiter to attend the job spec meeting and source a strong shortlist of candidates.

Qualification

A' level or Graduate level education.

Experience

- Demonstrable track record in contingent recruitment
- Experience of working on a large and complex account
- Prior experience in a on-site environment would be highly advantageous or ability to demonstrate awareness of demands of this type of environment especially for the on-site interviews with the client
- Experience of managing client situations
