ONSITE IT INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking ONSITE IT INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT. For this contract position based in Zurich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Rollout of new Hardware single workplace as well as bulk rollout for entire Bank
- Move of work desk, replace defect components
- Support end user on site
- Manage second level support for the respective area.
- Staging of desktop Computers and migration from old to new platform
- Work towards SLA settings for the area
You must possess:
- Expert in current Hardware components
- Profound knowledge of Windows XP & Windows 7
- Good knowledge of Office 2010 and newer
- On-Site user training on standard software and PC configuration
- Analytical skill to identify issues around the supported components
- Use of deployment tools
- Good English language skills spoken and written
- Work in a similar banking environment with 3 to 5 years experience
- Good knowledge of current PC architecture.
- Ideal has also some experience with Thin Client environments
- Banking knowledge
