Onshore Reliability Engineer

My client is a large, reputable subsea firm seeking an experienced engineer to perform the following duties: - Ensuring the all analysis discipline tasks are carried out in accordance with the discipline's Processes and Procedures. - Ensuring all analysis discipline documentation are fit for purpose and meet all client requirements - Provision of support and supervision to analysis discipline engineers within the team - Coach and Mentor Analysis discipline engineering personnel The work invovles work on a subsea compressor project and you should be based from the Aberdeen site. Educated to a Degree level is preferred but not mandatory for this role. You will need theoretical and working knowledge of analysis discipline methods and applications. Being a self starter would be best for this role and you should have experience of encouraging a high level of performance in self and others. Previous subsea knowledge as well as Oil and Gas experience is an an advantage for this role but again is not mandatory.
