Onshore Processing Geophysicist

Projektbeschreibung
* Seismic processing/imaging/velocity model building with a heavy focus on land seismic in the onshore shale gas and oil sand plays
* Manage, conduct and QC internal and external processing and imaging projects
* Interface with interpreters and vendors and make recommendations for prospect maturation and risk reduction via seismic techniques
Qualifications
* Four year college degree
* Five + years of experience in seismic processing and imaging especially prestack depth migration, velocity modelling and migration algorithms
* Preferred:
* Master's degree or higher
* Experience with land pre-processing techniques (noise attenuation, demultiple, and statics) and processing for azimuthal attribute technology
* Must be authorized to work in the US on a full time basis
