Title: Online Shopping Quality Evaluator (Knowledge of South East Asian culture)
Duration: 3 months
Location: Zurich
For our client in Zurich we're looking for enthusiastic professionals keen on starting their career in a global multinational technology company. If you're interested, we're eager to hear from you! Here are some details:
Responsibilities:
- Perform extensive research and monitor the pharmaceutical regulatory environment
- Improve the quality of our E-commerce service by evaluating shopping search results to identify areas of concern and interest
- Cooperate with engineering teams to improve our data quality
- Develop and share practices for data quality investigation and analysis
Requirements:
- Excellent web research and analytical skills are a must
- Capabilities in performing daily routine job
- Interest in online shopping and E-commerce is a plus
- University degree or being currently enrolled in university is a plus
- Relevant experience as a quality operations analyst is preferred
- Comfortable with Google productivity tools and basic SQL skills (or willingness/ability to build them)
- Full proficiency of English language
- Ability to read and understand Indonesian
- Knowledge of the indonesian cultural context (in particular of any web or E-commerce related trends)
