Online Quality Evaluator

For our IT client in Zurich, we are looking for an Online Quality Evaluator. We are looking for junior candidates eager to take the first step in developing their career.

Language: English fluency is mandatory & at least basic knowledge of 3 other languages from this list: French, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese.

Responsibilities:
- Manually review offers and validate third parties results.
- Either fix issues with the provided tools, or report issues to follow up with engineering teams.
- Improve the quality of our E-commerce service by evaluating shopping search results to identify areas of concern and interest.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to evolve and improve quality and productivity reporting strategies.
- Develop and share practices for data quality investigation and analysis.

Requirements:
- Capabilities in performing daily routine jobs.
- Knowledge of English is a must.
- Interest in online shopping and E-commerce is a plus.
- University degree or being currently enrolled in university is a plus.
- Relevant experience as a quality operations analyst is preferred.
- Good web research and analytical skills.
