ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL INCLUDE;
- Prioritisation of commercial and trading activities to deliver sustainable returns and good customer outcomes
- Responsible for P&L monitoring against targets
- Budgeting and re forecasting processes
- Optimisation of sales funnels
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, particularly around P&L understanding
- Experience of Banking industry, regulatory and commercial environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence to senior management level
- Knowledge of relevant legal policies, regulations and risk management and able to develop new approaches using this knowledge.
