Online Mobile Product Developer

Our client is looking for a contractor for the position of Online Product Developer Mobile (MVNO). The chosen candidate will be working on the design and implementation of the online parts of the MVNO rollout in international markets. They will aim to deliver support to online design and development teams, do functional story creation and functional code testing for Online Products, in order to be the best in Online Products Sales, Care, Sites, Apps and Mobile.

The chosen candidate will be responsible to deliver the following:

- Create designs for new and improved functionality for the Online components related to Mobile (in particular Online Sales and Online Care components) based on incoming business demand and aligned with other related and technically connected Online Products.
- Create development stories and detailed implementation instructions.
- User documentation of the Online Mobile Products
- Test approach document.
- Create and store a central search documentation for Online Mobile Products functional Documentation in the LG Confluence so it can be used Pan-European for any future builds- and design versioning and references.
- Up-to-date feature and user documentation of the Online Mobile Products.
- Other related design and development assignments as directed by the Senior Product Manager Mobile Experience and MVNO.

The Online Product Developer is expected to have the following skills and experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, or related technical studies;
- Mobile application design and development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in online or mobile industry;
- Experience in writing technical functional specifications;
- Experience designing simple and intuitive online user interfaces via mocks and wireframes;
- Good understanding of product life cycle management and software development life cycle process
- Good understanding of digital services needed by a Telco provider, in particular Online Care and Online Sales capabilities;
- Agile development methodology knowledge is a plus;
- Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence a plus;
- Experience in a Matrix organizations combining centralized corporate function and local affiliate territory operations a plus;
- A technical aptitude to understand product features and functions, and to learn new technologies;
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills;
- Demonstrated attention to detail;
- Fluent spoken and written English - ideally other European languages
