Online Marketing Manager
Berkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Online Marketing Manager to work for a leading telecommunications company in Berkshire.

Reporting to the Lead Online Marketing Manager, you will join the Channel Communications team on a 3 month rolling contract managing acquisition marketing activity to drive qualified traffic to direct channels.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, management and optimisation of campaigns and initiatives to drive traffic and achieve Online sales targets through the mix of digital media channels, but with particular emphasis on SEO.

Responsibilities:
There are 2 main focuses for this role: one as the day-to-day contact co-ordinating the SEO work stream, and the other being performance focused across all Online marketing channels to ensure performance across all KPIs: traffic, orders, connections, and CPA.
You will be responsible for leading internal stakeholders (across social media, PR, on site development, content development) and managing our SEO agency.

Putting new processes in place to really drive the SEO work stream forwards:
Day-to-day management of the internal and agency stakeholders and processes in delivering against ambitious SEO KPIs
Planning, management and budgetary control of digital campaigns and initiatives (eg display, PPC, SEO)
Brief, delivery and optimisation of quarterly and tactical marketing strategies and plans to achieve KPI's
Monitor and evaluate market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new campaign opportunities
Targeting of campaigns, propositions and offers to target segments through the appropriate media channel
Analysis and optimisation of customer journey based on web analytics and conversion data
Ownership and development of key agency relationships to ensure best in class execution and on-going innovation
Strong working relationship with the Online Sales team to ensure marketing plans/strategy and key proposition shouts are in line with product line targets and optimised accordingly
Work with Marketing in the development of propositions to respond to market trends
Day-to-day management of the media and creative agencies

You will:
Defining an Approach to Mobile/Tablet & Desktop (for SEO, PPC, Display & Re targeting). Using insight, consumer trend and data to help define the agreed approaches to each platform and channel and the granular detail of those plans.
Day-to-day interrogation of media performance across Online channels and platforms, delivering to KPIs: traffic, orders, connections, spend and CPA.
Managing the on-going optimisation of DR performance across our key KPIs (reflected in our Performance Lay down on Mobile/Tablet & Desktop).
