Practicus therefore require the services of a Business Analyst to support the existing PM in the Mobile Optimisation area of the project by managing the expectations of stakeholders, process mapping, working with all areas of the business to design and develop as-is and to-be business processes, requirement gathering, and design and deliver well - structured internal and external communication.
The Practitioner for this opportunity must have experience of:
- Retail Banking Products (ideally Current Accounts)
- Mobile optimisation
- SMS transactions
- Process mapping
- Requirement specification.
