The Candidate will join the Corporate Banking Engineering team where he will take the role of online customer experience manager for the PC Banking Business program.

Function Description
° Supporting the project team, making sure a user-centric approach is followed when designing new PC Banking Business functionalities
° Defining customer experience standards specifically tailored to PC Banking Business.
° Defining and reviewing screen designs and customer journeys together with our business analysts
° Setting up and running usability tests
