Online Customer Experience Lead/UX Designer/Lead

If you are a senior user experience (UX) professional, with UX design and management and you are looking for a new contract in the Worcester area, then the following role could be for you.

This 12 month contract would see you assisting the client but taking responsibility of the strategic direction of the digital customer experience while managing the team's contract resource. You will also be required to be hands on, working closely with project staff and stakeholders. You will be required to plan the UX work stream as well producing as all relevant documentation, such as journeys, wireframes and sitemaps. You will continually work on the optimisation of the main website and mobile app.

To be suitable for the role you will have experience performing the above duties in a previous role. In addition you must be able to design complex transactional interfaces and you should have worked in a commercial Marketing or eCommerce, corporate, web environment previously.
