Online Channel Manager - Brussels, Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH with FRENCH and DUTCH
Skills and experiences:
- A Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 4 to 6 years experience in an operational function or project management/functional analysis (ideally a combination of both)
- Experience in online services and service and a great curiosity about everything that moves in that world and lives
- Has a feeling for the online business channels combines with a good helping IT insight
- Has various kinds of information (incidents, client feedback, benchmarking, operational KPIs, market trends, new trends, etc.) into a coherent roadmap and concrete initiatives
- You are a team player, good listener and negotiate and find your perfect road in a cross functional environment
- You are excellent to establish priorities, work independently and are stress resistant
Description of work:
- You shall ensure that the online channels evolve according to the global strategy and ambitions of the bank
- From a Business Owner perspective send Direct Channels projects and make sure that they are delivered according to the requirements
- Your guarantee that the implementation of any project that has an impact on the online channels in line with the roadmap for the online channels and with the best possible customer experience in mind
- You build a relevant expertise in a particular domain, does a vision taking into account the views of our clients and other stakeholders and taking initiatives to make this vision
- For your area of expertise you are the contact for other business stakeholders (other Direct Channels teams, segment owners, marketing, product)
- You are the channel on stakeholder risk, compliance.
- You increase the use of online channels and all functionalities by identifying key users and work with other teams to accomplish this together
