I am looking for an Online Banking Director to work for a World leading banking organisation located in Canary Wharf for an initial 4 month contract.

You will be a highly experienced and professional Online Banking Director with excellent skills in Web Banking, Digital Banking, Digital Commerce, Change and come from a strong and recent financial background.

Your role will be the delivery of Online Banking performance to provide tangible customer and business benefits from the Online secure site and public site activity, which has over 4 million active Personal, Premier and Business customers. To develop, implement and manage the delivery of the customer growth and engagement plans. Drive a step change in the Online commercial adoption performance, customer adoption, satisfaction and complaints. Delivery of the Online business plan, targets and KPIs, and ownership of the customer experience for the secure and public sites, while driving innovation and improvements to the Online Branch.

Experience
- Proven track record in operating in industry forums and in influencing industry thinking and practices for channel delivery
- Proven track record in an leadership role and in the setting of the strategic direction of a segment/business area within a high growth environment
- Team management (direct & Matrix based)
- Experience of leading and driving business change, particularly agile delivery
- Track record of delivery in the context of significant transformational change and demonstrable delivery of associated benefits
- Key internal and external stakeholder/supplier and customer relationship management
- Ownership of Commercial and Financial targets and budgets with at least 5 years experience
- Considerable customer service experience leading to a deep understanding of customer, people and business needs
- Graduate calibre/MBA or similarly qualified to be able to meet the intellectual and technical demands of the role
- Track record of on line delivery through Agile/SCRUM methodologies

Knowledge
- Sales Management
- Knowledge of risk and governance frameworks
- Knowledge and understanding of the full range of banking and credit card products
- Knowledge of Digital commerce
- Knowledge of usability techniques and screen design and their application to improve Digital customer experience
- Strategic knowledge of content management systems

- Marketing management
- Design and provision of new channel strategies
- Delivery of value-generating commercial Digital activity
- Understanding of the UKRBB Strategy and organisation
- Regulatory knowledge and operational risk management
- Stakeholder/customer relationship management/People management
- Programme and Change management
- Business knowledge (eg sales, marketing, strategy and planning, finance, operations, IT)
- Working cross-channel, particularly with Online Banking Help desk
