Online Acquisition Marketing Specialist

On behalf of my major financial services client I am looking to recruit an Online Acquisition Marketing Specialist for an initial period of 12 weeks based in Chester, Cheshire.
It will be your responsibility to manage the control framework to support the execution of acquisition activities across multiple products and brands within the online channel.
Working with the Product, Acquisition and Relationship Management teams to ensure the product availability model is operating effectively and that all application mapping is accurate, resulting in a controlled and optimised customer application and product selection process.
Monitoring of process controls to ensure that potential risks are tracked and mitigated. Effective reporting of control performance and escalation of exceptions.

Key responsibilities:
*Manage online acquisition product and application mapping control framework
*Liaise with online acquisition, product management, relationship management and web development teams to understand product and application mapping requirements
*Develop robust change control processes
*Manage and monitor access to acquisition/application tools and systems in line with bank standard access management procedures and standards
*Manage the monitoring and reporting of control effectiveness, and associated risk activities
*Maintain control of all online programmes to meet company, legal and industry standards

Experience:
*Understanding of Digital Marketing best practice, creative development and campaign delivery
*Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
*Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a high pressure environment
*Ability to identify and solve problems effectively with a result-oriented focus
*Strong oral and written skills with confident manner
*Able to work as part of a team
*Ability to interact at all levels, with both internal and external Customers
*Flexible and pro-active approach
*Excellent Word and Excel skills
