I am recruiting for a Customer Support Engineer with experience of using One-NDS on a contract basis for leading telecoms company to work as customer interface.
Customer Support Engineer
- Good knowledge of Nokia SDM system-architecture
- Good knowledge of Nokia SDM system-upgrades
- Knowledge of Nokia products such as NTHLR, ONENDS, OneAAA, OneEIR, HSS, IMS.
- analytical troubleshooting skills
- knowledge of relevant system interfaces & protocols
- ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
