We are searching for an experienced Oncology Document Administrator for our client to be based in Basel.In this role you will be responsible for:
- Assist authors with the finalization of their clinical documents according to International Research and Development Document Standards (IRDDS), reflected in Novstyle.
- Review content final clinical documents to assure Novstyle compliance towards CREDI finalization.
- Provide guidance during the document life cycle in CREDI towards finalization.
- Maintain record (Editors Log) to track the flow of documents that are edited and finalized in CREDI.
- Provide training to OGD solve or escalate CREDI and Novstyle issues.
Required Experience;
- Excellent word processing skills with MS Word.
- Strong communicator with customer focus.
- Good experience working with Microsoft office
- Global, cross-cultural perspective and customer orientation.
- Experience with Novstyle document management system
- Good knowledge of clinical registration documentation is helpful.
- A basic understanding of clinical drug development process and familiarity with medical terminologies is a plus.
