ON-SITE UCCE LEVEL 2 ENGINEERS - ARABIC SPEAKER X 2

My client is currently seeking 2 Arabic/English speaking On-site UCCE Level 2 engineers to join their team based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

You will provide services in the form of technical advice and guidance to the client's customer in respect to its network activities related to the project.

The advice and guidance may include assisting the client's customer in respect of the following:
On-Site Unified Contact Center (UCC)

There are no predefined deliverables associated with these Services.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

4 Year experience in supporting Cisco UCCE implementations
3 years' experience with windows Server OS environment
Experience with:
CUCM, CUSP, VGs,PGs
ICM System Administration
UCCE Advanced Scripting
UCCE Advanced Reporting
SQL/Informix Databases
CCVP Required
Proven ability to work in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Problem Management
Monitoring ticking system for open tickets
implement changes in adherence to change management procedures
Update RCA for tickets
Escalate to L3 as required
Update customer on status of problem
