Job description

Exciting new position working for a large financial services organisation.

The recruitment team handles all permanent recruitment activity for the UK business. Overall recruitment volumes are several hundred a year and cover a broad range of roles from customer facing areas and sales through to specialist technical roles in central functions like Finance and Actuarial.
The Recruitment Partner role will deliver sourcing strategies and then support the end to end recruitment process, working directly with hiring managers. Experience of attraction and assessment is essential to support the hiring managers who will conduct interviews and make the hiring decision

Essential Experience:

Experience of managing a range of internal and external stakeholders
Experience of developing and applying robust selection processes
Experience of using a variety of different sourcing techniques

Knowledge:

Working knowledge of industry best practice, ideally within Financial Services
Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Detailed knowledge of the end to end recruitment process
Ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns, handling pressure and delivering effectively

Key Skills required:

Strong track record of in-house recruitment experience in a large Matrix organisation.
In-house recruitment experience managing wide range of vacancies across full life cycle recruitment
Demonstrable experience of full recruitment lifecyle in a Recruiter role where individual can demonstrate working on volume of roles (circa 25 minimum) and working to KPIs ie time to hire, cost per hire, etc. Managing a range of vacancies and designing assessment methodology
Strong relationship management and influencing skills, ability to demonstrate influencing hiring decisions
Previous experience in recruitment related projects
Experience of drafting engaging recruitment adverts
Experience of briefing 3rd party (agency) suppliers where required
Can demonstrate ability to direct source
Assessment centre and interview framework design
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Ability to deliver proactive sourcing solutions
Experience of working to key metrics ie cost per hire, time to hire, interview to offer ratios, etc.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo preferred by any other would be considered)

Where you have managed senior stakeholders and influenced recruitment decisions
