Onboarding Coordinator - 6 month Contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our Managed Services division in Maidenhead on a 6 month contract.

Capita Managed Services offer a range of bespoke permanent and temporary/contractor recruitment staffing solutions that help clients improve the resource acquisition and management process.

Our Onboarding Coordinators process all new contractors and issue contracts accurately and efficiently in line with agreed compliance and time-scale targets.

Responsibilities will include:

* Responding to any requests/correspondence in the offers in-box, ensuring that all emails are handled within 24 hours

* Ensuring recruitment checklist has been correctly completed

* Loading contractor information onto Red Rabbit (this will include raising contracts)

* Liaising with contractors to chase for required registration documentation as specified per account including reference requests and chasing

* Checking shared in-box for document returns and clearances.

* Dealing with any queries from line managers, recruiters and 2nd tier agencies to ensure the process moves to conclusion as quickly as possible.

* Working closely with the On-site teams where required.

Previous administration/coordinator experience within an office environment is essential; we are looking for candidates who demonstrate proven experience with accurate data entry. Computer literacy is important due to the variety of systems/applications used in this role. The successful candidate must also be able to work effectively to tight deadlines.
