On-Boarding and off-Boarding Administrator (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:
-You will manage the on-boarding and off-boarding from end-to-end for a portion of our employees
-On-boarding of employees: manage pre-employment screening and security checks processes, liaise with the work permit provider and initiate applications, create and maintain employee personal files
-Off-boarding of employees: create leaver letters, termination of employees in the systems, follow up on work permits
-You will file employee personal files and prepare departures files as needed
-You will also provide help to other team members and employee on payroll and benefits related questions
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound experience in HR Service Delivery related administration
-Attention to details
-Must exhibit a drive to achieve quality results as well as demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
-Team worker and ability to work with others to determine ways to improve, leverage best practice and promote quality
-Excellent organisation and time management skills
-Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality
-Very good written and verbal communication skills
-Fluency in English and French (German is a plus)
-Good command of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills is a plus
