Our client is looking for people that have a great deal (3 plus) years of experience in Oil and Gas that have focused on developing technical, operational courses in the areas of electrical, mechanical, pipeline and plant.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree with Four or more years hands-on experience in developing E-learning and classroom training to include 3 or more years of training design, development and delivery experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong ability to organize, plan, manage, execute and evaluate projects
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and theories (eg, adult learning theory, organizational development, Kirkpartrick model of evaluation, Bloom's taxonomy, etc.)
- Training evaluation and data analysis experience.
